Positivity is cool and all but repressing negative feelings is toxic to your mind and body. Don’t feel guilt for having an array of emotions. It’s corny to fake positivity when it isn’t sincere. Feeling stuff—even bad stuff—is nothing to be guilty over. It’s okay to feel bad sometimes.
That’s how you live: you cry, you ache, you hurt, you can’t breathe. That’s how you move forward, by feeling it all.
