The whole, “anger is poisonous and bad for you” mindset was created by people who didn’t want to deal with the justified anger directed at them by others. Anger is powerful and important, anger is fuel, and only you determine whether or not your anger is good or bad for you.
First, the foundation of a happy life is what I’ve come to call giving ourselves the permission to be human. To experience the full gamut of human emotions. That’s what a happy life is about.
