Note to Self

“When I loved myself enough, I began leaving whatever wasn’t healthy. This meant people, jobs, my own beliefs and habits – anything that kept me small. My judgement called it disloyal. Now I see it as self-loving.”
Kim McMillen

I really believe in the power of self-love and taking care of your inner child. I have been on a self-love journey for almost two years now, and I get people telling me I am so much more happier and glowing. From a person who was crippled with depression and heartbreak to who I am now, I am living proof that self-love really does set you free to love others and God more than you ever did before.
