- Do you need more sleep?
- Are you feeling isolated after not interacting?
- Does your body need more healthy foods?
- Are you moving enough to keep your heart happy?
- Are you being nice to yourself today?
- Are you taking breaks when needed?
- Are you asking for help when you’re feeling overwhelmed?
